You should give him slowness too. Super Vegeta has a lot o muscles that makes him very powerful but slow at the same time.

nope, the only one who would be slow is Trunks in third grade SS in which the musculature is beastly and that makes him slow, Vegeta kept his speed

The character of Super Vegeta is Version 1 and Teen Gohan is with his Transformations, he is also Version 1
