When firing a laser, it doesn't look like it is appearing from its initial firing position.
For example: Harmira.

Maybe the laser appears at full size and is, in fact, centered on the initial position. Then it should appear with a size of zero.
Or maybe the initial firing position is wrong for Harmira.
Or maybe the initial firing position isn't taken into account for the laser.
