This is my first attempt at trying to make a sprite... but i have no idea how to make anything above the neck. Do you have any tips that could help? Because right now... it looks like pure nightmare fuel.

I recolored a bit and i used Mr.pacmans head im planing to change it to make it look better but hey, its a start. And thank you^

wow amigo, buen comienzo, se nota que tienes talento o experiencia.
Lo único que me incomoda del sprite es el sombreado pero es lo de menos.
También es demasiado bajo a mi parecer, Alucard mide 1,95 que en Baston seria 19 pixeles sin contar el cabello y sombrero.

Bueno, esas serian mis recomendaciones, suerte con el resto del proyecto
