I feel that the "rush" attack of all the characters is very broken because if you do it from afar it can kill a person with the 5 health bars.
I think that maximum should go down 2 bars or 1 and a half. (obni, jiren, seven three, freezer, masked future warrior, etc)
Indeed, there is a problem with the rush attack, as it is only supposed to hit once.
I moved that to the bug list.
Simple as the tittle says, currently in the beta Rush attacks are meaking a huge amount of damage that has instakill many opponents when done in the ground.
To reproduce the bug simply do a Rush attack with both the attacker and the victim standing in the floor on his feet. It works with everyone, including 7-3's copy ability.
(I've tested it with him, Moro 73, Obuni, Goku and Black)
My guess is that this happens due to the new physics between the fighters whereas you can't pass through them anymore.
It's because the fighter is no more invincible when lying on the ground.
Now it is repaired because Rush attack now only hit once.
But I also changed a few things:
Doing a rush attack will deplete the Ki
Amount of damages of a rush attack = Amount of Ki loaded into the attack / 10
Please test to see if that tweak is good or not.

The more Ki we have, the more it will damage the opponent. And yeah, even if the animation looks like the attack hits more than once, it only damages once. Then it's good 🙂
It's working as well for me, it does the damage is intented to do.
Though, there is still a VFX bug of many "punch" and "damage effects" appearing when the Rush attack is performed.
Yeah but I think I know what's going on. It does the damages once but it still does the rush as before.
