I might do all the robot masters, so why not do an underrated one?

Even though I said I would think about doing another robot master, I did! Elec Man could be the very next, or maybe even Bomb Man.
I wonder how I'd do Guts Man, though. Oh well, the moveset for Fire Man has two moves!
